Return Policy

We want you to be confident when purchasing from GSG Audio Design and we want every customer to have a good experience. Because our product categories differ significantly, return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.

Woofers and Amplifiers

Woofers and amplifiers may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
  • Before shipping an item back, email info@gsgad.com to request a Return Authorization number.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (including insurance).
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply.
  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Returned merchandise must arrive in its original condition. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as GSG Audio Design is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Finished Subwoofers and Subwoofer Kits

Because GSG finished subwoofers and subwoofer kits are manufactured to order, these products are not eligible for return or refund.

Warranty Coverage Still Applies

Our return policy does not affect the applicable warranty coverage.

If you receive a product that is defective due to a manufacturing or material defect (and the defect was not caused by misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, modification, or another action outside GSG Audio Design’s control), please email info@gsgad.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video when helpful. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right, as always.

Return Authorization

All eligible returns require prior written authorization from GSG Audio Design. Receiving a Return Authorization number does not guarantee that a refund will be issued. Returned merchandise will be inspected before eligibility and the final refund amount are determined.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee, shipping charges, damage, missing parts, or other authorized deductions.
